try redhat 8,, it might be having the latest drivers for your onboard graphics card and monitor.. there is no Xconfigurator from rh8.0 it's converted to redhat-config-xserver (if i'm right) try it or if all fails try the best... xf86config, if you have all the details of your hardware(like syncrates etc).. if all fails.. mail with the error msgs.
