1) we do send email, and seek confirmation of reciept from the other end. If the reciever uses webmail i.e. mail from website not pop/smtp, then can the receipt be attained?
no guarantee that the receiving mailserver or mail client will accept or support DSNs (delivery status notifications)
2) second point is a bit wonder fiction. Can the confirmation receipt be made to work as forced acknowledgement.
i.e. if the other end does not confirm the reciept, he should not be able to open the mail or even recieve the mail.
