Isn't there any option where user can send a plain text only mail? I don't mind blaming hotmail but would like to be absolutely sure that it is hotmails fault.
Not using hotmail's "advanced editor" will solve this.
Hotmail sends a single text/html mail with a proper content-type, I believe - not multipart/alternative.
And is this problem with other webmail systems as well?
