This is an IE HTML rendering/Javascript engine bug. It was pretty
popular a couple of years back, with HTML mail that would easily be
exploited.

This is an IE rendering engine exploit.
The easiest thing to do would be to edit the HTML and remove the
<IFRAME>.*?</IFRAME> text.
