Cool, I'm glad someone brought this issue up.

Yes, the linux-india.org site has not changed for millenia.

The question is, what are you planning to do about it?

Do I see volunteers?  Or do we adopt the ILUG-Delhi rule?  Viz, if you
bring up an issue you are implicitly volunteering to fix it.
