i got RH8.0 on my system. My routing table has 3 entries- 255.255.255.255 ( FLAGS:!H iterface: - ) 224.0.0.0( FLAGS:! iterface: - ) 127.0.0.1( FLAGS:U interface: lo )
this system has IP add as 192.168.0.3 and connected to 192.168.0.1. the problem is that they both ping themselves but cant ping each other. i think the problem is with the two 'rejected entries' and so i tried to delete them but they arent getting deleted. Also they donot have a interface defined.
