No compatibility issues. Only license issues.The drivers are non-free
and non-DRI compliant.

The performance is average. Q3 with 800x600x32 should give u 90 fps. But
then again, with newer games like UT2003 or the upcoming DOOM3 you will
face ur share of hiccups.
