I am thinking about upgrading my Redhat 8.0 machine to 9.0. I haven't upgraded any machine yet and this is going to be my first one. I have separate partition for /home /usr /var and /tmp. Is there any precautions or say measure that I should take before the upgrade.
Got anything configured in /etc by any chance? Back those up.
Then do a clean install instead of an upgrade.
