are yu sure yu'll be able to play mp3s? i had a 486 100 Mhz. which was not able to play mp3s smoothly in windows. mp3s i believe require a good cpu (pentium onwards).
Did you tried it in linux?
well in those days i did not know what linux was :) and now i don't have a 486 machine. but okay now i know i can run mp3s on a 486, thanks :)
