I am facing a problem with my Debian Woody instal.

X is dying in exactly 20 mins, if left unattended. No problem if I am
working continuously.

Recently due to a MOBO problem ( P-I/166MHz), I changed over to a MOBO
containing Cyrix M-II, 233MHz processor. Everything works fine and
without any hitch (except 'xscreensaver', which kills X the instant it
is activated).

Even without xscreensaver, and without any window manager ie. only X
runnning, life of X is only 20 minutes (if left unattended). Even a
fresh install does not help.

Anybody can suggest something ?

One clue... knoppix from CD and also HDD works fine.

Thanks in advance,

K.Ghosh
