Why do you want chrooted access for CVS. SSH is enough I think.Actually, I am bit confused with chrooted access, ssh access etc and I have gone thorugh too many sites.
First I want to configure cvs server with pserver acees and then I willWed has many docs for this. Google will get you all docs needed.
