Hi all, I used to have RH7.3 . During the flurry of boot up messages scrolling past I noticed the following " init : init version 2.84 booting freeing unused kernel memory : 236k freed " At the same time I had MDK9.0 in another partition. Here, the unused kernel memory freed was only 136k
Now I have RH9 and MDK 9.1 But the difference is that during boot up unused kernel memory being freed shows up only 132k! One more observation is that I used to play chromium game in RH7.3 and MDK9.0 with an FPS of 50 (with failsafe session) , it crawls at 7 to 8FPS in both RH9 and MDK9.1. Tuxracer also crawls making it impossible to play. Are these things connected? or normal? Or is my installation screwed up? Otherwise both RH9 and MDK behave normally.
