Here is error log:
[Mon Sep 01 15:54:33 2003] [error] [client 127.0.0.1] File does not exist:
/var/www/html/~email
It appear that ~ is not being underdtood as /home, the email user and other
files are there:
-rwxrwxrwx 1 email email 368 Aug 29 16:50 /home/email/public_html/index.html
mod_userdir module is also loaded as may be seen from configuration file:
LoadModule userdir_module modules/mod_userdir.so
