Sashti,
In all probability your modem is a Winmodem and the drivers may be available on
linmodem.org (could be .com, i am forgetting). Have a look at the Winmodem HOWTO also.

Please help me to find driver for internal modem
with linux. I purchased a internal modem from
microtek. They gave me the windows driver. I want to
