Hi, By 'only access to port 80/443', I am assuming you are referring to an HTTP proxy through which your users will be able to reach your application.
You can tunnel SSH through the proxy using Corkscrew <http://www.agroman.net/corkscrew/>. If you need to make a network connection over the proxy using any other protocol (ssh, telnet, ftp ...), you can use TransConnect <http://sf.net/projects/transconnect>.
