Dear  Friends 
            I am trying to connect net and share using
RH9 , 
            I had  obeserved this hapeenings 
1>When I connect to the net  while there is NIC or NIC
( 192.168.0.5) activated , the net is very slow , not
able to browse . the packets out �4� 
2>When I connect to the net , with the NIC  disabled ,
the net is very fast , I cannot figure  out what is
the reason for this ?
 I thing it has to do with the  the NIC settings , I
tried it with different type of installation  work
station installation , server installation, custom
installation (Was trying my Luck , or wondering I did
wrong with my installation )
      I am adding my /etc/resolv.conf , the results of
netstat -n , 
               Kindly help me out

My   
   /etc/resolv.conf  has    ( I had tried with and
with out giving the 
�nameserver 192.168.0.5� 
search www.etisalat.com
nameserver 192.168.0.5
nameserver 194.170.1.99
nameserver 194.170.1.7
 
my   
 /etc/ppp/options
lock

NIC and Disabled the nic and when I connect to the net
