Dear Friends
Thanks I was able to do it
What I did wrong was that while doing netconfig ,
I gave the default gateway of the machine ,
Now I tried without gateway and the net speed is
fine [ Very good ] with NIC card enabled , now I used
IPTABLES and the net is shared also
