This machine is connected to a Cisco (?) switch. I have changed the
port on the switch on which it is connected without any effect. The
machine has been rebooted a couple of times with no luck. Any thoughts
/ opinions would be highly appreciated. It doesnt help that my network
engineer is adamant that the driver is faulty - anyone has any
experience with this umm faulty driver in the kernel ?
