As u suggested i will try following
-Exim as MDA
-procmail as MDA
-squirrelmail as web interface to procmail (I m
right?)
-fetchmail  -not required -because i m on permanent
link with static IP.
-imap for IMAP and POP3
-ldap for user database/address
-no proxy
POINT me if i m interpreting somethiong wrong.
