Hello,
I have also encountered the same problem. To the best of my
knowledge, this is a mouse hardware problem. Have you ever removed
and reinserted the mouse socket (PS/2 port) while the computer is
turned on? My guess is Then It could have caused the problem. A PS/2
mouse should not be removed while the computer is ON. You have to
first turn off your system and then remove the PS/2 Mouse.
