Weird? I am sure if you had been tracking RPm repositories or rpmfind.net, you would have seen Fedora packages from as far back as 1 year when Togami created this tree at a particular uni server. Since then, many people have liked the Fedora rpm builds. Then Redhat takes it over and converts it into a money spinning channel. Nothing wrong with that. The Enterprise stream remains just that and Redhat can target only the large guys without having to bother with taking on other "poplular" desktop OSes like MS offering, and the developer build is Fedora. From a business point of view, it makes a LOT of sense for Redhat to do what it is doing. Absoultely illogical for Redhat to maintain "updates" for distros going back to 6.2. -- Sthitaprajna http://puggy.symonds.net/~zeeble -- http://www.fastmail.fm - Or how I learned to stop worrying and love email again ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: SF.net Giveback Program.
