A bit more clearer here? If she has ssh access to a box thru her
provider, then enable ssh forwarding from one...if she is allowed to:)

and the Dante Socks server (these 2 assuming her provider does'nt block
socks. Well, anyway, she can setup SOCKS to tunnell everything through
port 80, or whatever the ISP allows..)
