Does the sendmail-8.12.8-4 rpm that come with redhat- 9.0 supports
libmilter.

It does

If I want to add this option in the src.rpm how do I do this.

unpack the src rpm. change the spec file run rpmbuild to build a new rpm

Is there a sendmail option by which we can find the options (libmilter, smtp
auth etc)that a particular sendmail build binary supports.

See below.
