I don't think the minion.de patch would work on 2.4 You can have both drivers the patched and unpatched drivers installed simultaneously... as they go into /lib/modules/`uname -r`/kernel/drivers/video/ There won't be any conflict. > 2. You'll probably have to make changes for mounting /sys and disable devfs if FC1 uses it.
