Hi, I was trying to connect to VSNL using a 128kbps Billion TA under Redhat Linux 9. wvdialconf recognized the TA and wvdial could dial out using the TA. However, the line got disconnected the moment the ppp session got started. The log showed that the peer modem had disconnected the line. The wvdial conf file contains the lines: Modem Type = Analog Modem ISDN = 0 The TA works perfectly under Win2K but we need to set it up under Linux. Any pointers? BTW, googling did not help much. Thanks.
