Its true. The IITs didnt changed there names after the cities. So IITB is still IIT Bombay and IITM is IIT Madras. In any case the moto of original poster for asking for anyone from IITM was perhaps due to the fact that IITM server is the only in India mirror for Cygwin. I already mentioned it and I again do -- If original poster wants full Cygwin (binaryies only) then I can provide but he will have to wait till 1st Jan.
