Dear Nilesh, BIAS uses BSNL's sancharnet settings. You need to buy some prepaid card online from Sancharnet.in and register your self have and ID ONLY sancharnet id's work for sending smtp. A friend of mine had similler problems after the above suggestion was implemented he is now able to sue DIAL to send mails too Yoganandam G
