akash has rightly pointed out wget options for general offline viewing 
of any website. i think he is perfectly right ! another wget options may 
be interesting -

wget -m URL 

sthitapragna's reply suffices the second aspect. i would like to add one 
more thing. mozilla and konquerer both have save as postscript option. 
obviously the embedded link is not covered in that still i have found it 
pretty useful.
