I had the Mandrake, Previously in My HDD. No I want to restore data
on a partion which is /dev/hdd7.
When I took my HDD to my friend there on Red Hat 8.0's Hardware browser that
partition is showing filesystem as NONE. It is not showing Free Space also
there.
How can I retrieve data from that partition. Can I set some mount point to
it. Also the system
is not booting. It is saying pass "init=" parameters to the Kernel. How to pass
them to Lilo loader
of Mandrake ???
