I have mandrake 9.2 in my laptop dell inspiron 600m. I wanted to connect rim wll phone using usb cable. Mine is Samsung phone. I downloaded the src file from their site. But I am unable to connect to net. I have followed instructions in hackgnu site also. after adding acm in my /etc/modules.conf filer I get /dev/usb/acm/0. This I used for connecting in kppp. I get message as modem not responding. I tried directly using pppd as root also using hackgnu command in terminal. Still I am unable to connect to net.
