hi I am trying to write a script to log smtp communication between my machine and some other machine (IP say aa.bb.cc.dd) using tcpflow. I using a command like this on my machine:
/usr/local/bin/tcpflow -d 10 -i eth0 dst host aa.bb.cc.dd Now this creates a new file everytime my machine exchanges mail with this machine. But actually I want to re-direct all the output to some other file which I can use for analysis later. I tried mant things but its not working. Can anyone help/advice ?
