Very frank opinion, please bear with it :-)
The world is not black or white - but shades of grey (read as 'mix of Win and Lin'). There are certain situations when one *has* to work on non-free platforms, but that does not mean that you subscribe to it etc. etc. Each platform has its own (dis)advantages, and thus is more suited for particular purposes than others. Interoperatability also leads to easier acceptance.

Anyways, back to the original question, does anyone has an idea about driver/util for mounting NFS shares (RW preferrably) under Win32 platform?
