Hi All,

I have a perl script which creates a shell script for bulk loading data in
the tables and then execute that shell script from within that perl script.
The problem is that at times there is some error in the data loading but
since it is a silence process and we do not check whether the process was
successfully executed or not, most of the time there is error which we come
to know only after some good amount of time has elapsed.

Can anyone suggest as to how can I trap ,any of the errors in the data
loading shell script which is executed from within the perl script, in the
perl script and mail the concerned person that there was a error in the data
loading script execution.

Please suggest feedback/inputs.

Thanks & Regards,
Sharad
