Do you have a proxy in your LAN? Apache is probably seeing the proxy
server's IP address and not the actual client's. Check your access logs
so see which IP is being allowed access.
Right. I was running the HTTP on transparent proxy server, Now i tried HTTP on a different machine, its working fine.
Sandip's point of not putting any "Allow from 192.168.1.0/24" is also right, I have only put now:-
Deny from 192.168.1.79 Order deny,allow
Which is doing what i need; Processing deny and allowing any other client by "Default"
