Hello Sudev,

To shutdown a paritcular machine (e.g: abc.kt.com) using one user (e.g
kanchana), configure the sudoers file as follows.

E.g        kanchana abc.kt.com=/sbin/shutdown -h now (as you told in 2nd
option, i'm not sure whthere localhost will work)
