RFC requirement is 100 (See RFC 2821). Limiting the number of recipients
will not help, because the mail is automatically converted into a large
number of 10 recipient mails.

If you are willing to be roasted, then ask in net-admin.net-abuse.email
or net-admin.net-abuse.blocklisting.

More details with actual domain names and error messages would be useful.
If you haven't read your abuse mailbox, you might be in spews or
something.
