libdl.so.2 => /lib/libdl.so.2 (0x40143000)
/lib/ld-linux.so.2 => /lib/ld-linux.so.2 (0x40000000)
The openssl is the system default which installed together with redhat 8.

Do your applications link against your compiled openssl version?
What does ldd /usr/bin/ssh show? ie, which version of libcrypto, your
compiled one or system default one?
