Dear All,

I have to setup bandwidth management in my office, kindly send me the
pointers to that. Scenario is described below:

We have two ISPs and two completely different IP range from them [Broadband
connection] of 512 K each.

I have a RHL 9.0 box working as Gateway, firewall and VPN [using CIPE].
This machine is also acting as port forwarder for an Exchange 2000 Server.

I need to setup the Linux box in such a way that if any of the ISP goes down
the complete traffic is router to the other ISP who is up.
If both the ISPs are up, then the network traffic should be balanced between
them.
This is the basic requirement. Please help.
I am stuck and have no idea how to begin.

Regards,
Vivek
