I kept local_recipient_maps blank as i was not able to access the port 25 (it was taking too much time to respond) when it was equated to hash:/etc/postfix/recipients.
maybe they are blocking the whole netblock you are on (/24 say)
and another thing is - without your posting full log entries we wont be able to tell you why your server is relaying.
Dont waste your time / our time just saying "xxx.xxx.xxx.14 and xxx.xxx.xxx.15" or trying to send log entries with all relevent information replaced with "test" and "example.com" - post full log entries.
