Hi

Well, I managed to change to text mode booting by changing the id:5:initdefault to id:3:initdefault in /etc/inittab

But when I gave the command redhat-config-xfree86, it gave me this error (the last 2 lines):

*****
Could not init font path unix/:7100, removing from list
Fatal server error:
could not open default font 'fixed'
*****

If required I can send the complete error log (it is quite large)

What should I do now
