Squid being a http proxy, you can't fetch ur mails via squid server, but
probably u need to set up the following   IP-Masquerading rules:

iptables -t nat -A POSTROUTING -p TCP --dport 25 -j MASQUERADE
iptables -t nat -A POSTROUTING -p TCP --dport 110 -j MASQUERAD
