Hello Arvind
>From GDM configuration menu enable remote X login.This actually sources
the file gdm.conf under /etc/X11/gdm 
directory and changes the line> DisallowTCP=false from default parameter
"true"(this should work).

I give below some tips which were successful on older Red Hat versions :
 
Go to /etx/X11/xdm directory and edit the files as below:
1.Xaccess file : Uncomment the line no 60 starting with a "*" and which
has a comment # Any host can login
2. xdm-config : Comment the last line> DisplayManager
3. Xservers   : -----Same as above---->:0
