192.168.0.0/16 is RFC 1918 private IP address block, and hence in most
cases will need some sort of NAT to access Internet. 61.1.72.10 is most
likely the NAT'ed IP address used by your ISP.

Check on http://www.myipaddress.com what IP you are getting NAT'ed to.
