hello,
i have installed mandrake 10 on my system
now this is a asus p2b-s with the adaptec scsi controller
attached is a ibm harddrive and a plextor writer
on the ide channels are 2 harddrives
the adaptec adapter is shown in the device list (harddrake ) but i can't see
the harddrive or the writer
the problem is that i can't install packets because the system can't find
the cd
can someone help me to get going so i can install new packages ?
