i've established a openMosix cluster with 4 P III
nodes. kernel is 2.4.21 with migshm(migration shared
memory patch. it's working fine with test
programs(shell scripts with distinct processes) and
perfect load-sharing is acheived.
however, a forked process which use shared memory
fails to migrate. my input file which has to be
processed is around 200 MB and resides in the HOME
node. i'm using OMFS with DFSA enabled. whether the
migrated process will be able to access the file
information from the HOME node. can someone give me a
solution for this?
