HI Again.... I tried with Installing e100 (e100-2.1.15 downloaded from Intel site) driver, insted of eepro100. It works fentastic.
following is the procedure I fllowed. untared the file and run "make install" in src directory. added below line in /etc/conf.modules alias eth0 e100 Thats it .
