I get a lot of spam from a particular domain [ nwig.com ] on my pop3 email [ www.myrealbox.com ]. Usually sending a complaint to the abuse mailbox of an ISP with the SPAM+headers works. But...
Block it locally then. Either use the block sender function in myrealbox's webmail service (which should then keep it out of your pop3 as well) or block it locally on your desktop sendmail so that it's bounced during pop3 download.
Complaining to nwig.net won't be of any use at all - see http://www.spamhaus.org/SBL/sbl.lasso?query=SBL14959
