Job Description:
Handle web-based live chat inquiries with customers regarding their web hosting accounts as well as handle other customer issues by email. Experienced candidates will also have server management/troubleshooting duties in relation to Apache/Sendmail/mySQL problems.
Candidate Qualifications:
Candidates should possess/demonstrate the following skills:
* Working Knowledge of Linux Systems/Network Administration (2-3 years preferred)
* Knowledge of Apache, Sendmail, Exim, DNS, PHP, Perl, mySQL administration.
* Fast learners/quick thinkers (you will be learning about software/apps and supporting them).
* English-fluent (will be tested) and comfortable typing quickly in English.

Pay: 12500-20K/month (depending on experience and qualifications) Location: Kolkata
