The easy way...... if your application is depends only on a specific
compiler and glibc version, and not on other software packages:
Try installing RH9, FC1 or FC2 and install the RH7.3 compatibility
libraries and compiler. The RH 7.3 gcc and glibc are not significantly
different from that of RH 7.2 and your app might work with them.

The long and winding road..... if your application depends not only on
the compiler and glibc, but also on other specific software packages:
RH 7.2 uses X 4.1.0 which does not support any intel chipset beyond
i815. You could do a text install of RH 7.2, build a custom kernel and
compile the sources of either the X.org or XFree86 4.3 or higher by
hand.... not an easy task considering all the dependencies you'll have
to satisfy to get them to compile, but possible if you're determined
enough.
