This is for a new server box. I don't intend to change the  
Mailscanner+spamassassin combination on the present server.

I'm interested in Dspam because their website says that Dspam
* achieves a higher percentage of accuracy (in the range of 99.9%)
* uses lower system resources as it is written in C
* has it's own inbuilt statistics generator
* offers greater flexibility to the individual user, as compared to 
spamassassin which is mainly configured by the mail server sysadmin
